How it works

  1. Open your phone and start the app.

  2. Select the form you need or share the link with the guest.

  3. Tap the input field (see arrow).

  4. Fill in the required information (or let the guest do it).

  5. Have them sign and submit the form.

A practical example

A guest arrives to pick up their camper. Instead of filling in everything yourself, you send them the link. They add their details on their phone while you check the mileage. Then they sign digitally. Seconds later, they receive a confirmation email.

For practical questions, you simply refer them to the information stored in the app. They can watch a video on how the fridge works or where the fuse is. No extra explanation needed.

When they return, you either handle the return form yourself or let them do it. Mileage check, signature, submit. Everything is stored automatically and easy to find.
